From the familiar bourbon notes of the Auchentoshan American oak to the clean profile of Auchentoshan Three Wood, followed by the Bowmore 15yr aged in oloroso casks. Of course, a Scotch dinner wouldn’t be complete without some Laphroaig: the Quarter Cask to complement the entree, finishing with the signature smokiness of Laphroaig’s Lore, said to be some of their “most precious stock.”
