Swank Restaurant polishes the ruggedly natural aspects of the Pacific Northwest into precisely crafted plates for daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner offerings. Locally sourced ingredients also make an appearance in the house crafted cocktails and west coast wine selections.
Dinner in Chef’s Alley
Join in our paired dinner series in which our chefs collaborate with local whiskey and wine producers to deliver an impeccably complemented multi-course meal.
Dinners are an intimate affair of 16 seats in the semi-private Chef’s Alley at Swank Restaurant. Sit back as the distillery or wine representative walks you through what’s in the glass while you watch the chefs in the open kitchen bend over the pristinely plated next course. Products from local purveyors take center stage, focusing on the freshest seasonalities to nestle into the local terroir already sweeping the palate.
Past events include King Estate and Maysara wineries and Veuve Clicquot brunches, and summer bookings are already in the works. Last April, Indio Spirits was in Swank Restaurant, and the evening booked so fast that we opened it up for a second seating. June’s Big Bottom Distilling dinner also demanded a second night to accommodate interest. Be sure to reserve your spot; these evenings fill up quickly!
